To download the First Number text file if you use a PC
  1. Right click the link below in Internet Explorer and select "Save Target As..." or in Firefox right mouse click the link and select "Save Link As..."
  2. Save the file to somewhere on your PC that you will remember
  3. Make sure you've enabled your iPod to act as a hard disk drive and attach it to your PC
  4. Open Windows Explorer and drag the text file onto your device's icon
  5. To read the file on your iPod select "Extras" from the main menu and "Notes" from the sub-menu

To download the First Number text file if you use a Mac
  1. Click the link below and save it to your desktop
  2. Save the file to somewhere on your Mac
  3. Make sure you've enabled your iPod to act as a hard disk drive and attach it to your Mac
  4. Open the iPod by double-clicking it on your desktop and drag the text file onto your iPod's icon
  5. To read the file on your iPod select "Extras" from the main menu and "Notes" from the sub-menu
